echo enrichment center policies
registration fees--you will never be charged a registration fee
payment-full payment is due at the time of registration in the
form of cash(receipt will be issued) or check made
payable to echo enrichment center
refunds-full refunds will be given if notice comes in writing two
weeks prior to the start of the class/event. We have the
right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. Full refunds
will be given if echo enrichment cancels a class due to
low enrollment.
make up classes-there are no make ups for classes/events missed
by a participant. We will make every attempt to reschedule
classes cancelled due to snow closings.
drop off/pick up-please come into the building to drop off and
pick up your child. We will not release participants to
folks that we don't know. Please alert us to any changes in
pick upwith the persons name in writing . We will ID them.
